Sir,

I am a resident of Kachua, Dhalpur, Lakhimpur. I wish to inform you abour the PWD road running through our village from Dhalpur(NH-52)to Jamuguri
which is now under construction. But surprisingly the the construction work is not completed in stipulated but I donot know what is the time frame
of completing a 5 km long road with a small concrete bridge , but as we know the work started 5 years back and now the road is becoming very 
dengerous to travel through. The broken metal(Stone) layers left uncovered and the labours of the contractor vanished from the work site three
months ago and road rollar picked up from the site by the PWD department, we asked the local PWD officials but they donot like to answer our
questions about the futer of the construction. So we the villagers decided to request you to make an enquary about the present positiopn of the
road, whether it will be completed or not? We think you will take a dresic regid step for us. Now the road is becoming dengerous day by day.
