The college has a list of students who have done marvellous in Public /Goverment/private/MNC sector jobs. Some of them are in the Cadre of IAS officers too . IITs/Enginering and in medical stream has good strenghts of girl students passed out from this prestgious college .Many of them are holding key positions in NGOs and Community schemes laid by GOI. But when things go very good time plays on testing part on which we are today . Today the college has the worst Principal Dr.Sumedha Tripathi for the last 28 years from 1983 .During her period a lot of financial and administrative scandals/irrugularities & malpractices have been anchored by her & have taken place. For the reason she was suspended two times but was reinstated with the help of bribes & personal contacts with higher officials of university, Bokaro Steel Plant (member of governing body) & State goverment(Jharkhand) officials. This can be seen with the present situation of the college .Few colleges In Hazaribagh,Dhanbad, Chas, etc. got goverment undertaking with the efforts of their Principal & governing body.It may be noted that these colleges were not up to standard be as of Bokaro Mahila College -in terms of revenue earning , population of students, teaching faculty (more than 80% PG level , 20% Doctorates),single college in Bokaro district for girl student. It is heard that Dr.Sumedha Tripathi is going to supperannaute/retire but nobody knows that she is a monarch with nobody knowing her date of birth not even Vice Chancelor of Vinoba Bhave University .Sorry to say if he knows , let him go public .The reason i am bound write this is that she does not have a service record /personal HR file at college or in university in which her copy of matriculate certificate has been recorded while other Lecturers/Professor have.( a pure case of suppression of fact and forgery) . Today In India no body gets an admission in College without matriculation certificate and she has Doctorate degree. A hilarious event in Indian education system. She takes the Salary of Professor Grade by herself by influencing the Governing body , giving fake documents of directions of university .It is a pity/irony to know that almost all staff do not get each month salary and 93% of them are sole bread earner for their families . It is also necessary to say here that she has taken a bribe from these suffering lecturers from Rs.40000 to Rs.80000 for their appointment . Lecturers working for more than 15 years can't speak their salary due to shame .Their salary is less than the salary of a peon /office boy of Honable Vice Chancellor employed by Vinoba Bhave University. Although All the staff minus Dr.Sumedha Tripathi have given lot many representation , carried out protest in front of District Collector's office despite being threatened by Dr.Sumedha Tripathi of Consequences up to loosing their jobs ( Unpaid jobs)

Its surprising to see an engineer in the DDA, whose monthly salary was 25, 000/- before the implementation of 6th Pay Commission, can built a lavish kothi / bungalow in posh society of DLF - Phase 1, Gurgaon (which is valued at more than 1 crore rupees). Currently, he owns three vehicles – Marti 800, Maruti Estillo and a Hyundai Santro. Have Air Conditioners installed in all rooms. His children did their education on Payment / NRI seats. Son studied throughout in Delhi Public School, R K Puram where monthly fees is about 5000 – 6000 rupees. Daughter studied Pharmacy for 8 years and the annual fees was more than 50, 000 INR. In addition, have 1 flat in Shalimar Bagh. Also, invested in share marlet / committees etc. Thus, the investments / assets built by Mr Ahuja are allegedly disproportionate to his known sources of income. I request the authorities through this medium to kindly look into the forgery and misappropriation of Government funds, lack of integrity, misconduct and disproportionate assets of Mr V K Ahuja.
